This is Zen Living - a website dedicated to food and the pursuit of food knowledge. I am Christopher, your host. After a boring career in retail sales, I decided to pursue something different. I enrolled in culinary school and loved every minute of it. Rather than pursuing a career in a kitchen, however, I decided to write about food (and sample it as much as possible).
Therefore, this website was born. Eventually, I'd like to turn this into a physical magazine as well, but let's take this one step at a time. On this website, we will be creating recipes, sampling local restaurants, attending food-related events and exploring new and exciting ingredients. Keep checking back as this site will be changing every month.
Enjoy... and buon appetito!
